During Architecture school, I fell in love with the built environment and went to work full time as a Town Planner at Dover, Kohl, and Partners. I was fortunate enough to experience multiple week-long charettes across the country, and see first hand how developers, residents, planners, engineers, and government representatives can work together to get a lot of good work done, fast.
As a project manager at WSP, one of the largest engineering firms in the world, I learned how to run diverse projects ranging from performance monitoring reports, to corridor-scale transit-oriented development master plans.
During grad school, I worked as a market analyst at Hunter Housing Economics, a premiere boutique market analysis firm. I performed pricing studies for over three billion dollars of projects across the country, interfaced with clients across the world, and came to understand how sensitive a project can be to small fluctuations in rent, lease-up, or soft cost over-runs.
As a development manager at a small family office, I learned about construction, property management, and how to operate from the owners perspective.
Those experiences inform my work today, as I seek to bring together a diverse team of specialists to deliver the highest quality real estate development consulting services possible.
Our trusted partners have over 70 years of combined experience in architecture, investment, and real estate development. More detailed bios to follow.
